Changes made:
Modified the script to directly target the "ChrisTitus - Ultimate Power Plan" instead of using the general Ultimate Performance GUID for checking and deleting.
Updated the code to use the specific GUID (381b4222-f694-41f0-9685-ff5bb260df2e) for the Balanced power plan, ensuring compatibility across different Windows languages.
This change eliminates dependency on the localized name of the Balanced plan, making the script more robust in diverse language environments.
