…(supersedes #1103, #1108, #1109) Takes #1108's project-file bumps (a superset of #1109) and #1103's fixes for them: - license audit: Microsoft.Data.SqlClient.SNI.runtime override pinned to 6.0.3 - DomainPurityTests: coverlet.collector 10.1 adds a netstandard reference only when coverage is collected - VersionedEndpointTests: drop the redundant second null-forgiving operator (SonarAnalyzer S8969) Directory.Build.props (protected) is in the PR above.
