Pull request overview

Updates the project’s Code of Conduct enforcement contact instructions to point reporters to the repository owner’s GitHub profile instead of an email/Security tab contact, aligning the document with the intended reporting channel.

Changes:

  • Replaces the enforcement reporting contact details with a GitHub profile link.
  • Adds instruction to label the message as a Code of Conduct report.

Addressed — switched to the repository's Security tab which provides a private channel. Added a note clarifying that although it's labeled for security vulnerabilities, it's suitable for CoC reports as well.
