Version bump 0.3.5 → 0.4.0 and CHANGELOG date-stamp for the thorough-review batch.

Once this merges to vNext, the vNext → main tracker PR follows.

Bump rationale

MINOR (0.x SemVer): the null-on-success behaviour change is signature-preserving, and the batch adds new test surface + CI signals but no new public API. See CHANGELOG entry.

Test plan

  • dotnet build src/Wolfgang.TryPattern -c Release clean at 0.4.0
  • pack + version metadata visible in the resulting .nupkg

Version bump and CHANGELOG date stamp for the thorough-review batch.
See CHANGELOG for the full change list — no additional code changes
beyond this bump.
