…sts (#248) Adds to ExtractorBaseContractTests, LoaderBaseContractTests, and TransformerBaseContractTests: CurrentItemCount/CurrentSkippedItemCount default-zero tests and a skip-count-reflects test, so every downstream library inherits skip-count coverage for free. +9 tests.
