…ly 10.0.x - Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk: align the net8/9/10 conditional blocks of the six test projects still on 18.3.0 up to 18.7.0, matching the projects already there (Fuzz/DocExamples/Concurrency). Older-TFM blocks (17.13.0 for net462-net7) are intentional and untouched — 18.x doesn't support them. - System.Linq.AsyncEnumerable 10.0.6 -> 10.0.11 and Microsoft.Bcl.Memory 10.0.10 -> 10.0.11 in Abstractions.Tests.Unit (test-only, no consumer impact). Lockfiles regenerated. Verified: net10.0 517/517 tests pass; net48 (untouched 17.13.0/runner-2.8.2 slot) still builds. Deliberately NOT touched: the shipped-src dependency floors (Abstractions Bcl.AsyncInterfaces 10.0.5; ErrorPolicies/TestKit/TestKit.Xunit 10.0.10) and the runner.visualstudio <3.0.0 cap — both are consumer-facing policy calls.
