Fix field ignore collision when renaming member to id

Overview

• fix object field ignore handling to keep member-based ignores scoped to the original CLR member
• apply property ignores by matching on member names instead of GraphQL field names
• add regression test for issue IObjectTypeDescriptor breaking change behavior when upgrading to 13.0.0-rc.7 #5794 (Id ignored, ExternalId renamed to id)
