This PR updates the ChilliCream.ModelContextProtocol.AspNetCore NuGet package from prerelease version 0.0.1-p.7 to 0.0.1-p.8. This is a minor version bump for ChilliCream's own Model Context Protocol SDK, which is used by the HotChocolate MCP adapters to integrate GraphQL APIs with MCP clients.
