[Bug] fetch-prompts.mjs` doesn't parse english prompts correctly

Describe the bug
fetch-prompts.mjs doesn't parse "" correctly. if the prompt content doesn't contain "", it has no problem. but as long as there are "" inside the content. you can see the problem as in my screenshot.
This issue only happens in English prompts, while Chinese version of prompts works fine.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. in chat input textarea, input '/'
2. search prompt name "Python Interpreter" (there are two prompts of the same name, both can reproduce this problem).
3. select it, and look at the end of the prompt content.
