该项目无法识别部署的环境变量BASE_URL后面的/
例如：无法识别：https://ChatGPT-Next-Web_Best.com/
但是删掉后即可：https://ChatGPT-Next-Web_Best.com
同时，在已部署的项目设置中，更改请求地址时，可以在地址后面加上/，可以正确识别

Example: Unrecognized: https://ChatGPT-Next-Web_Best.com/
But after deleting it: https://ChatGPT-Next-Web_Best.com
