I added a new Python snippet which checks whether a number is even or not using bitwise operator.

Positive aspects:

• The code is short and concise, making it easy to understand.
• The use of the bitwise AND operator to check if the last binary digit is 0 is a valid approach.

Points to consider:

• There is no handling for negative numbers. The current code assumes that the input numbers are non-negative. If negative numbers are passed to the function, the result may not be as expected. It would be helpful to add a handling for this, such as converting negative numbers to positive before performing the verification.
• It would be beneficial to add a brief explanation of the function, such as a docstring, to facilitate understanding of its purpose and behavior.
