Categories sucks

I really hate the way categories works on this website. Each game can be linked to one category only which makes is pretty limited. I talked about this with the lead dev and he urged me to calm down, that categories were working just fine and that what I wanted was actually a Tag system.
So, is there any way on earth someone could implement this !? This is a much critical feature and this website is worth nothing without it !

What I really need is linking games to multiple categories (or tags, whatever!). Kind of Many To Many relation, you see !!!?

I understand your need, it is true that a game is not often linked to a single tag. A game should be able to have several tags, and a tag should be able to be assigned to several games.
