Testing:
Verified working at commit cc7359b on:

  • AVD 6.x
  • Physical device running 6.0.1
  • AVD 9.x
  • Physical device running 4.4 (the pref is disabled, no functionality under this OS and no crash)

@capi Hi, the "sync for 5 minutes" feature is already there ... ;)
Maybe you can re-use some of the code as it's a real Battery saver .
