Clarify that we are talking about the original Syncthing Android app, and not this fork, as both repositories are called syncthing-android. Although that doesn't matter much with the official app being archived, and issues and PRs being restricted.

Clarifying that we are talking about the original Syncthing Android app, and not this fork, when we say "syncthing-android", as both repositories are called "syncthing-android".
Although that doesn't matter much with the official app being archived, and issues and PRs being restricted.
