Move default metadata from en-GB to en-US #1182

en-US is the F-Droid fall back language. The official client and website seem to fall back to en-GB, too, but other clients don't. Droid-ify, for instance. Not sure if you'll have to do anything at Weblate?

Hi, could you please take a look if the PR will work for weblate? If not, what steps should we take to switch/extend the language to en-us? Would it also be efficient to keep and duplicate en-gb to en-us?

It should work alright after changing the "Monolingual base language file" setting for this component. Not sure which order of actions is better in that case, but let's just try merging and see what breaks. I'll subscribe to this PR to get notified and flip the setting shortly after.
