Release v0.2.0

This release is focused on providing core Safari support to CameraKit.

  • Full Safari support for Audio and Video (Output file is video only)
  • Included media player (OGV) in lib to enable Safari playback of WebM
  • Ability to individually fetch audio channel as a temporary option since audio is not included in output file
