Developing a class ConnMan to address issue #566

  • Add case ieee14_conn.xlsx for demonstration.
  • Add ConnMan class to manage connectivity.
  • Add ConnMan to System to as an attribute conn.
  • Add a demo notebook for ConnMan.

If this design looks good, further development for DC topologies can be added

TODO: for scenario 1 (demo_ConnMan), maybe automatically connect the StaticLoad and StaticGen back when turning on a bus

TODO: for scenario 1 (demo_ConnMan), maybe automatically connect the StaticLoad and StaticGen back when turning on a bus

After consideration, I determine that we will not automatically turn on as I feel this brings more confusion.
Instead, we pop up a message to warning this info.

I can do a manual fix for potential conflict after we merge #576
