FX only work for first slide

I am using a few basic FX on a 2 slide slideshow here: http://cds.rno1.com/

The in and out FX work great on the first slide. The outFX work on the second slide, but the inFX seem to run as soon as the slide is out of view.

Tested in Chrome and FireFox 5.

What did I screw up?

Hey Jacob!

Hmm, I think that's a bug in the slider fx.... I was just looking at it
earlier today and I think I know what the problem is, but I don't want to
push the update just yet because I'm working on tweeking stuff here and
there. So, umm I think I'll just send you the fixed file.

Everything else looks ok.
