Proposing OSS-Fuzz integration (needs primary_contact Google-account email)

We've prepared an OSS-Fuzz PR: https://github.com/google/oss-fuzz/pull/14131.
OSS-Fuzz requires a **committer** using a **Google account** as  for access to ClusterFuzz reports. Please reply with the email to add. Thanks!
