* Record number for popgrid_nc (NetCDF) is always one * HYCOM (NetCDF) I/O routines used by DMI * Updated documentation for HYCOM forcing, precip units and restart dump in hours interval * "hycom_atm" option changed to "hycom" * option "HYCOM_atm" -> "hycom". Correct "near" -> "ncar"

Calls to init_tracer_indices without a complete argument list subsequent to the first call would reset the non-present indices to zero.
