csv issue - rent prices #7

Hello. When creating the csv output it only shows the value of the property but not the monthly rent the property owner is asking for. For the rental use case it would be important to know that to evaluate properties.

zillow & realtor.com are working in that regard. will update redfin

Zillow for property type apartment: this is when the listing is a single apt

Zillow for property type building: this is when the listing is a building with multiple apts (scroll to right to see buildings fields.

Thanks, that seems to have worked. I've attached the export here. It's showing minimum and maximum price, what does that mean? Also, how is there a min and max sq footage? I haven't deduped the list but ~800 for rent listings in all of austin seems low but i could be wrong. Do i need to write "Austin, TX" or "Austin" in the location?

It means the cheapest apartment rent available in that building, same for max. Same idea for square foot. I'll check on Austin

I tried Austin and got 6301 for rent. Looks like you dont have the latest code. You can now just use tryhomeharvest.com to not worry about updates when we update the code (frequent at the moment). Doing Austin or Austin, TX should be fine
