It looks like RocketChat/Rocket.Chat-Open-API#150 is still pretty far away from ready, so we probably can't rely on it

Description
Remove the Rocket.Chat REST template group and logo since we can't support the template as is.
There is a sandbox url in the server variables, but the likes of GitHub use the same url variable, but in their case the url should not change:

Whereas in the case of Rocket Chat:

The solution is to host RocketChat ourselves, and rename url -> baseUrl to indicate that it is a variable that needs to be changed, however I noticed they are in the middle of updating their spec docs, so I will remove in the meantime:
