Remove quality scale from Tesla Fleet integration to address CI/CD failures. The hassfest check was failing due to quality scale rule validation issues, and the yamllint check was failing due to trailing whitespace in quality_scale.yaml. This reverts the following changes: - Remove quality_scale: bronze from manifest.json - Delete quality_scale.yaml file - Re-add tesla_fleet to exemption lists in hassfest/quality_scale.py Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
