TradeLayer is a communications protocol that uses the Litecoin block chain to enable features such as smart contracts, user currencies, instant trade channels, and decentralized peer-to-peer exchanges.

TradeLayer is a fast, portable program that is based off the Litecoin Core codebase. This implementation requires no external dependencies extraneous to Litecoin Core, and is native to the Litecoin network just like other Litecoin nodes. It currently supports a wallet mode and is seamlessly available on three platforms: Windows, Linux and Mac OS.
