Add capability for interaction with conneced DUTs. This includes the implementation of the following modules:

1. GPIO (Buttons and Switches at DUT), support for one the following interfaces: sysfs, /dev/gpiomem
2. IPMI support (only power control)
3. Power Distribution Units (PDU), support for one of the following manufactures: Intellinet, Delock
4. Read/Write SPI Flash, support one of the following interfaces: dediprog, flashrom, flashprog, em100
5. Serial Console / TTY (From DUT to DUT Agent)
6. Bash Exec (On DUT Agent)
7. SSH (From DUT Agent to DUT)

Release beta versions during the process.
