Add TestSQLGetFunctionsCheckSQLTables. * Using `SQL_FUNC_EXISTS` macro fixed the issue of `api_exists` not read correctly
Add unsupported API checks. Add `TestSQLGetFunctionsODBCVer2`. Add `TestSQLGetFunctionsCheckSingleAPI`.
