mv多清晰度url获取 #883

之前在项目里实现了同一mvid播放不同清晰度的功能。之前/mv/detail接口返回值中的brs能获取到不同清晰度视频的url。之后mv加密后只能通过/mv/url接口获取，但问题是/mv/url接口获取到的url只有一个清晰度

Q：能否增强/mv/url接口，获取到更多分辨率的mv
