Closing per dependabot-policy: major bump (3.x → 4.x) of a Syncfusion-coupled Linux native.

SkiaSharp.NativeAssets.Linux must stay compatible with Syncfusion DocIORenderer/XlsIORenderer on Docker/NAS. Major Skia jumps need a licensed PDF generation smoke, not auto-merge.

Previous similar PR #69 was also closed. Ignoring major updates for this package in dependabot.yml.
