Closing per dependabot-policy: major bump (8.x → 14.x) of a Syncfusion-coupled Linux native.

HarfBuzzSharp.NativeAssets.Linux is pinned for DocIO/XlsIO PDF rendering on NAS. Majors need a coordinated Skia/HarfBuzz + Syncfusion render smoke, not a solo Dependabot merge.

Previous similar PR #66 was also closed. Ignoring major updates for this package in dependabot.yml so it stops reopening noise.
