2. See identical icons beside Usage and Model Leaderboard

After: the leaderboard is recognizable by its trophy icon

Validation

All 43 existing sidebar tests pass; focused ESLint has zero errors and five existing warnings. No tests were modified or added for this visual-only change

Overview
Model Leaderboard in the left sidebar no longer shares the bar-chart icon with Usage. The model-insights nav item now uses Lucide’s Trophy icon instead of BarChart3, with a matching import in leftnav.tsx.

Routes, labels, roles, and permissions are unchanged—this is purely visual differentiation in the Observability section.
