Friendli removed meta-llama-3.1-70b-instruct and meta-llama-3.1-8b-instruct from the serverless catalog (https://api.friendli.ai/serverless/v1/models); the weekly metadata sync only updates/merges existing keys and never deletes absent ones, so the stale entries persisted. Drop them from both the published registry and the bundled backup map.

The removal commit rewrote both JSON files without a terminal newline; restore it so the diff against main shows only the intended deletions.
