[Feature] UI - Virtual Keys: Auto Truncation of Table Values

Relevant issues

This PR changes the previously manually truncated values to use CSS for truncation. The issue with manual truncation is the amount of text will be fixed, and the user cannot adjust how much or little they want to see. This PR fixes this by truncating via CSS, instead.
