[Infra] UI - E2E Test: Create Key With All Team Models

Relevant issues

This PR implements the e2e test for creating a key with all team models. This takes advantage of the new deterministic database for CI/CD so we can work on tests that directly mutate the DB. This test creates a new key with all team models, then asserts the new key shows up on the table.
