[Feature] UI - Disable edit, delete, info, for dynamically generated spend tags
Relevant issues
Dynamically generated spend tags are not stored in the usual tags database, so the backend always a 404 for these tags. This caused user confusion, so this PR aims to notify and prevent users from interacting with dynamically generated spend tags.
