UI - Validation for Proxy Base URL in SSO Settings
Relevant issues
The current implementation does not have any validation in the Proxy Base URL input, causing users to easily input a bad URL. This PR introduces validation for this field as well as trimming the leading and trailing whitespaces from the input. Closes LIT-1328
