- Adds a new RepelloAI guardrail documentation page to litellm-docs, covering setup, configuration, supported modes, request/response scanning behavior, and streaming support.
- Also updates the sidebar so the page is discoverable from the docs navigation.

- Fix blocked error message format to match _format_blocked_detail output - Add supported actions: BLOCK (blocked) and LOG warning (flagged) - Expand "What Argus Scans" to include tool definitions, tool call args, instructions, and prompt fields - Add mode list support (["pre_call", "post_call"]) to Input + Output Pipeline section - Add Prerequisites section with platform.repello.ai link for API key and asset ID setup; clarify policies are dashboard-managed only
