The environment-variable documentation checks fail after agent tracing and ClickHouse batch logging read three undocumented settings. Add their connection, database and flush-interval reference entries with defaults verified against LiteLLM main.
Validation: the existing environment-variable scanner reports no undocumented keys against this documentation checkout for the updated LiteLLM revision. This resolves the shared documentation failure observed in LiteLLM PRs #40366 and #41050 without excluding settings from validation.
