Fills the gaps in the stable release notes. v1.100.2, v1.100.3, v1.101.1, v1.101.2 and v1.102.1 were published without notes, so each line now runs from .0 to its latest patch once this and the open v1.100.4, v1.101.3, v1.102.2 and v1.103.1 notes merge
Each note was written from the tag diff against its predecessor: every non-merge commit in the range is traced to its backport PR and the original PR, and the Docker tags and PyPI versions were checked to exist. This supersedes #1607, which was drafted before v1.101.1 shipped and only covers two of its changes
