docs(azure-ai): document FLUX.2 Flex image generation and edits

Companion to BerriAI/litellm#39424, which adds azure_ai/FLUX.2-flex (it used to route to the flux-2-pro endpoint) and keeps FLUX.2 tolerant of the OpenAI-only image fields. Merge this after that PR lands

docs/providers/azure_ai_img.md gains a FLUX.2-flex row with its per-megapixel price, a note on the model-specific Black Forest Labs routes and case-insensitive model matching, a FLUX 2 Flex SDK tab with guidance and steps, a proxy config entry, and a FLUX 2 parameters section covering size to width/height, n to num_images, size: "auto", the 400 on a size that is not WxH, and the OpenAI-only fields that are accepted and dropped

docs/providers/azure_ai_img_edit.md gains FLUX 2 Pro and Flex rows with their reference-image limits (8 and 10), a multi-reference SDK example, a proxy config entry, and a parameter note pointing at the generation page

docs/image_edits.md lists Azure AI (FLUX) among the providers that support image edits

Both repo checks pass locally (node scripts/check-writing-style.js and python3 scripts/check-docs.py docs)

Overview
Documentation-only companion to the implementation that adds azure_ai/FLUX.2-flex routing and FLUX 2 parameter behavior. No runtime code changes in this PR.

The Azure AI image generation guide now documents FLUX 2 Flex (per-megapixel pricing, Black Forest Labs routes under api_base, case-insensitive model names), adds SDK and proxy examples with guidance/steps, and introduces a FLUX 2 parameters section covering size/width/height, n → num_images, size: "auto", invalid size handling, OpenAI-only fields that are silently dropped, and the one-image-per-request limit for FLUX 2.

The Azure AI image editing guide adds FLUX 2 Pro and Flex (reference-image limits, JSON/base64 multi-reference flow), a multi-reference SDK tab, proxy config for Flex edits, and a cross-link to generation parameters. docs/image_edits.md now lists Azure AI (FLUX) among supported image-edit providers.
