In progress -- can test and suggest improvements

  1. preferred pronunciation field. shows when staff member takes a ticket. students can edit by clicking profile.
  2. templates for assignments
  3. online option for locations, change placeholder when creating ticket for online locations to specify "breakout room"
  4. student support link
