App crashes on launch

When I try to launch the program, it crashes, leaving me with a Windows error message "SoundSwitch has stopped working"

I've tried v3.12.1 (SoundSwitch_v3.12.1.38069_Beta_Installer.exe) and 3.10.2 (SoundSwitch_v3.10.2.24485_Release_Installer.exe) and a couple others
OS: Windows 7 64-bit Professional w/ SP1

Also, there were no issues with the installation process

Nice! I installed the C++ Redist, and now I'm able to start SoundSwitch.
