Hi there my name is Richard Benjamin Allen, but online I generally go by Ben👋

I am a software engineer at the Bodleian Libraries at the University of Oxford, with over 10 years experience with programming and scientific research. Since 2018 I have also been the Executive Director and principal consultant for the first lean Oxford University Spinout Company PalaeoPi Ltd. Principal consultant meaning I am the one developing our core technology and providing consultancy to clients on behalf of the company.
