Currently when you create an SMTP server you can only create 1 endpoint. Looking at the logic, it's built the same as HTTP/S, so there should be no need for the single endpoint restriction.
This issue is to see if we can enable a server to have multiple Add-PodeEndpoint calls for SMTP.
Oh, and to enable Certificate support as well.
