@hjmjohnson is ITKIOJPEG2000 a hard build requirement now? It doesn't seem to be specifically used, unless I grep'd for the wrong thing. |

@ihnorton I was running into link errors until it this was added. I don't know if it is a hard requirement. Is there a reason to back that out and find where it was needed? |

Ok, I see the issue -- I was building against v5.0b01 which did not build ITKIOJPEG2000 by default. Looks like you fixed that in InsightSoftwareConsortium/ITK#104. I'll update my build and try again. Thanks! |
