…#3827) Backport of the GraphServiceClient pin from #3817 to GraphServiceClientBeta, fixing the NU1903 build break caused by the GHSA-7j59-v9qr-6fq9 advisory (Microsoft.Kiota.Abstractions 1.8.4 transitive vulnerability via Microsoft.Graph.Beta 5.56.0-preview).
