The pipeline script runs 'dotnet nuget update source NuGet' which requires a source named 'NuGet' in the config. Pin SDK via global.json to avoid NullRef crashes on newer SDK versions in OneBranch containers. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
