Benefit/Result/Outcome
Applying MissionLZ on top of itself over and over again is currently not possible without manual intervention to hard-delete Log Analytics Workspaces.

As of 11 days ago, the azurerm provider now supports hard-delete: hashicorp/terraform-provider-azurerm#10235 (comment)

By using the 2.50 provider, we can reliably deploy MissionLZ over and over again because the Log Analytics Workspace will be hard-deleted by terraform destroy.

Update azurerm provider at src/core to 2.50

Acceptance Criteria

  • Log Analytics Workspaces are hard-deleted by terraform destroy
