We should open a feature request on dependabot to support update NuGet lockfiles. https://docs.github.com/en/code-security/dependabot/dependabot-version-updates/configuration-options-for-the-dependabot.yml-file#versioning-strategy indicates that the bot will update lockfiles for PHP, elixir, ruby, rust, node.js, and python programs
