@chidozieononiwu to avoid this pain going forward can you please move the bulk of this documentation to somewhere directly in the tools repo? We should probably create a doc folder like all the other repos and add a MD file there with information and we can have the README in eng/common link to that readme. I filed #1155 to track that work. |

- Changes name of Logging Macros to match C Guidelines. Updates in all sample files. - Updates Sas Telemetry and Twin samples to match prior sample updates.
