This PR synchronizes the eng/common directory with azure-sdk-tools repository changes from PR 12444. The changes simplify two PowerShell functions by removing optional parameters and their associated conditional logic.
- Removed optional parameters from
Get-ReleasePlansForCPEXAttestationandGet-TriagesForCPEXAttestationfunctions - Eliminated conditional query building logic that depended on these parameters
- Streamlined the functions to use only the default query behavior
